The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for you to use your expertise to be involved in the high functioning team to implement and support our Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) at Telstra.

You will be working across a diversity in projects, and this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a team environment with autonomy and a high-level of responsibility. There are also excellent opportunities for professional growth and advancement within Telstra Channel Management Technology and the broader Telstra organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide knowledge and guidance on Salesforce security best practices; Salesforce integration patterns, Salesforce data migration best practices; own the End-to-End Technical Solution on the project.
  • Ability to provide technical governance across CRM solutions at Telstra
  • Assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Salesforce application solutions to ensure user requirements and business objectives are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Ability to understand and design provisioning solutions at Telstra and how CRM interacts with provisioning layers.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills needed to support enterprise high availability Salesforce applications

Essential experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Equivalent in IT qualifications in Software or Systems Engineering.
  • 8-10 years’ experience in CRM implementation, consulting or technical lead role, with at least 5-6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce developer, or similar roles
  • Salesforce Certifications essential
