What You’ll Do
- Coach and mentor teams and individuals on Agile methodologies, principles, and practices to drive organizational agility
- Conduct SAFe Agile training sessions for employees, teams, and leaders, ensuring effective delivery of the SAFe Agile framework and principles
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and help teams implement Agile processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and customize training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments, to meet the specific needs of different teams and departments
- Work within Lean Agile Centre of Excellence to cross-skill other coaches & identify areas of improvement within the group
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training programs based on feedback and industry best practices
- Advocate and facilitate a culture shift within the organization
- Identify and address any systemic issues that may impede agile practices within the organization
What You’ll Bring
Must Have:
- Certification as a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
- At least 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach
- Strong knowledge and experience in implementing Agile methodologies in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality training sessions and workshops
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience of coaching in a SAFe agile environment
- Worked as an RTE/STE within a full configuration SAFe framework in an enterprise
- Previous experience of working within a LACE organisation
- Agile coaching certification such as ICP-ACC, ICP-ENT or ICP-CAT

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
