Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant – Technical Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage our technology-based projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of programming languages and have a background in application development, microservices, DevOps, cloud, and Migration projects. Familiarity with Gen AI and other emerging technologies will be considered an asset. An adeptness in SCRUM/Agile methodologies, along with excellent project and people management skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a knack for client-facing interactions are all vital for this role.

Responsibilities

· Lead and manage technology-based projects from inception to completion.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

· Lead the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets Monitor project progress and take corrective action when necessary.

· Work closely with developers and software engineers to ensure technological alignment and product quality.

· Utilize SCRUM/Agile methodologies to drive project execution and performance.

· Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.

· Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project status and needs.

· Foster a productive and positive work environment that encourages innovation and growth.

· Work with the client’s Finance and Commercial teams, to develop the key User Stories (requirements) ready for the development of Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Configure Dynamics 365 Business Central according to the user stories to provide useable features, delivering value within the given time frame (Sprint) and estimate development efforts.
• Assist in analysing and resolving defects and issues.
• Dynamics 365 Business Central/Finance development experience
• Understanding of configuring, coding, testing & maintaining moderately complex Dynamics 365 Business Central systems

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

· Experience in technical project management.

· Experience in application development, Java, .Net, Python or similar programming languages-based Projects.

· Proficient in microservices, DevOps, cloud Technologies

· Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.

· Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

· Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile (CSM, ACP).

· Experience in Gen AI and other emerging technologies.

· Proven track record in managing large scale, complex technology projects.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and engage various teams and stakeholders.
